Which is more effective, micro-particle potassium humate or traditional fertilizer?

Methods of using mineral-derived potassium humate

I. Main Functions of Potassium Humate from Mineral Sources

Which is more effective, micro-particle potassium humate or traditional fertilizer?

1. Stimulates root systems, activates root motility, and promotes the widespread formation of secondary roots. Effectively increases root length and quantity.

2. Significantly increases chlorophyll content, noticeably increasing leaf width and thickness, effectively enhancing photosynthesis.

3. Improves the activity of various enzymes, enhancing crops’ resistance to various stresses, especially drought, disease, waterlogging, and cold.

4. Increases the sugar and vitamin C content of fruits, effectively reducing pesticide residues and significantly improving the taste of crop fruits.

5. Can advance crop maturity and extend the harvest period. Increases yields in field crops and cash crops such as vegetables and fruits.

6. Activates soil, breaks up compaction, resists continuous cropping, increases the number of beneficial bacteria, and improves fertilizer utilization. Under normal fertilization conditions, it can reduce the application of macronutrient fertilizers without affecting yield.

7. Resistant to acidity and alkalinity; does not undergo flocculation or precipitation reactions in acidic solutions with a pH greater than 2 or alkaline solutions with a pH less than 14.

8. Resistant to hard water and flocculation; it will not produce flocculation or sedimentation in hard water below 21 degrees Celsius (suitable for water quality throughout China; will not cause flocculation or clogging during drip irrigation and spraying).

9. Can be compounded with all macronutrient fertilizers without causing flocculation or sedimentation.

10. Can be compounded with pesticides to increase efficacy, reduce pesticide residues, and enhance plant drought and cold resistance.

II. Application Methods of Mineral-Derived Potassium Humate

1. For vegetable drip irrigation and fertigation: For leafy vegetables, use 200g-400g/mu during the seedling stage and 500g-800g/mu during the mature seedling stage (the dosage can be appropriately increased for solanaceous crops). The interval between applications is 7-15 days. Apply 2-3 kg/mu as a basal fertilizer with conventional fertilizer.

2. For fruit trees, use 2-4 kg/mu per application, and 3-5 kg as a basal fertilizer with conventional fertilizer. The interval between applications is 10-15 days. Adjust the dosage according to the size of the fruit trees.

3. For field crops, drip irrigation or fertigation: 200-300g per acre per application; basal application: 1-2 kg per acre, used in conjunction with conventional fertilizers.

4. Foliar spraying: 5000-8000 times dilution for seedlings of fruit and vegetables, 3000-5000 times dilution for mature seedlings; 7500 times dilution for corn and rice; 15000 times dilution for wheat; 3000-5000 times dilution for fruit trees. Dosage can be adjusted appropriately depending on the crop. (Combined use with pesticides can enhance efficacy and reduce pesticide residues).

5. Fertilizer addition: 3-4 kg/ton for urea; 4-8 kg/ton for compound fertilizer; 20-80 kg/ton for water-soluble fertilizer depending on content; 30-100 kg/ton for high-end organic fertilizer and high-end bio-fertilizer.

III. Application Scope of Mineral-Derived Potassium Humate

1. This product can be widely used in vegetable crops (leafy vegetables, melons and fruits, root vegetables), grain crops (rice, corn, wheat, etc.), fruit trees (pears, apples, peaches, citrus, bananas, grapes, etc.), sugarcane, tea, flowers, etc.

2. It can be added to various water-soluble fertilizers, organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, microbial fertilizers, urea, and other fertilizers.
