2. How to use medical fulvic acid
(4) Oral preparation
2% concentration of medical fulvic acid solution is used orally to improve human immunity and treat mumps, head and facial bacterial infections, oral ulcers and herpetic stomatitis.
(5) Preparation ingredients
Medical researchers mixed 2mg of medical fulvic acid with 40mg of periodontal suppository powder to make a fulvic acid-based suppository and found that the wound hemostasis, swelling and anti-infection ability were enhanced. This aspect needs further observation.
(6) Hemostatic powder
It can be used to treat tooth extraction wounds and head and facial abrasions.
3. Precautions
(1) When preparing various dosage forms, distilled water or soft water should be used to prevent water with high calcium and magnesium content from precipitating with medical fulvic acid.
(2) The pH value of the preparation should be appropriate, with the pH value of oral preparations being 8-8.5 and that of external preparations being 8.5-11.

(3) Strict disinfection: if necessary, add the preservative sodium benzoate and prepare once a week.

II. Summary

1. Medical fulvic acid has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer properties, promotes wound healing, stops bleeding, helps sleep, improves human immunity and regulates endocrine function, so it can be used to treat many oral diseases. Clinical observations show that it has a significant therapeutic effect on recurrent oral ulcers, herpetic stomatitis, periodontal disease, and hemostasis after oral surgery. Therefore, medical fulvic acid is mainly used as an external medicine to treat oral diseases. Oral preparations are mostly used as auxiliary treatment methods for oral diseases. It is reported that they have significant effects on head and facial infections, mumps and other diseases.

2. Medical fulvic acid has been used as a therapeutic drug in the treatment of common oral diseases, such as oral ulcers and periodontal diseases, and has achieved gratifying results. However, for uncommon diseases, there are few clinical observations, and its ultimate efficacy needs further observation.
