Difference between mineral potassium humate and biochemical potassium humate (II)

This article continues to explain the difference between mineral potassium humate and biochemical potassium humate: Different extraction methods

A. Mineral potassium humate extraction method

Mineral potassium humate extraction method 1:

Alkaline extraction method, 80%-90% of manufacturers are using it, so its finished products are mineral humates, such as: mineral potassium humate, mineral sodium humate, mineral potassium humate, etc.

Mineral potassium humate extraction method 2:

Holographic cracking extraction method, this process is very rare. The extraction process is: mineral raw materials → high-speed crushing → constant temperature differential speed → weak current awakening → adding N/P/K → constant temperature differential speed → mineral potassium humate (humus fertilizer finished product). The whole process does not have too many chemical reactions, basically belonging to physical extraction.

B. Extraction methods of biochemical potassium humate

Biochemical potassium humate extraction process 1: hydrolysis method

Biochemical potassium humate extraction process 2: chemical oxidation degradation method

Biochemical potassium humate extraction process 3: two-step fermentation method

Summary: There are two main extraction methods for mineral potassium humate. Alkaline extraction is the most commonly used method, which can extract mineral potassium humate, mineral ammonium humate, mineral potassium humate, mineral sodium humate, etc.; and biochemical potassium humate extraction, no matter which method is used, needs to add bacterial agent for fermentation, and then filter to form residue to make bacterial fertilizer or organic fertilizer; the supernatant is directly used as liquid fertilizer, and then dried to form humic acid granules.
