At present, humic acid has become the main component of foliar fertilizers, drought-resistant agents, regulators, and compound products used in agriculture.

After humic acid is sprayed on the leaves, it can shrink the stomata on the leaves, reduce water transpiration, and enhance the drought resistance of crops. Humic acid has been mainly used as a plant regulator as a component of foliar fertilizers, and is gaining more and more widespread applications in agriculture.

Humic acid extracted from modified peat is dissolved in water and then added with macro and trace elements to make liquid fertilizer. When applied to vegetables, it can improve the quality of vegetables and increase the yield by about 20%.
