PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sodium Humate Flake is a macromolecular organic weak acid sodium salt with multiple functions, which is made from weathered coal, peat and lignite through a special process. Its structure is relatively complex. It is known that humic acid molecules contain benzene rings, condensed Rings and certain heterocyclic rings (such as pyrrole, furan, indole, etc.) are connected by bridges between the aromatic rings. There are various functional groups on the aromatic rings, mainly carboxyl, phenol, hydroxyl, methoxy, Quinone etc.

My country has a long history of using humic acid for medicinal purposes. It began to be used as early as the Northern Song Dynasty (1127 AD). The “ancient wood with rotten soil on the east wall” and “Wujin stone” recorded in Li Shizhen’s “Compendium of Materia Medica” in the Ming Dynasty actually refer to The ones are peat and weathered coal.

Main functions and application fields of Sodium Humate Flake
1. Sodium humate feed additive

(1) Sodium humate feed additive forms a protective film on intestinal mucosal cells.

(2) This protective effect reduces the absorption of toxic substances that may be subsequent uptake from infectious processes or residues in animal feed.

(3) It also has the unique property of absorbing toxins from proteins, toxic residues and various heavy metals.

(4) Stabilize intestinal flora. Immobilization of microorganisms, toxins and harmful substances in animal feed. Promotes growth and stimulates the immune system.

2. Sodium humate feed additive for aquaculture

(1) Improve the carbon source of water: The elemental composition of humic acid is 50%-60% carbon, 4%-6% hydrogen, and the remaining elements are mainly oxygen. Therefore it can be used to replenish water as a carbon source.

(2) Water quality purification: The active groups of sodium humate molecules can chelate with calcium and magnesium ions in the water, effectively preventing the formation of scaling cores, thereby preventing scaling and achieving the purpose of anti-scaling.

(3) Physical shading: After adding sodium humate feed additive, the water turns into soy sauce color, which can block part of the sunlight from reaching the bottom, and can prevent moss and green algae.

(6) Matrix improvement, detoxification and deodorant: Mainly use sodium humate balls/granules and crystals. First, the porous and porous structure of sodium humate will loosen the soil and change the permeability of the matrix. Secondly, sodium humate can absorb NH3 and H2S in the bottom environment, thereby removing the odor of sediments and reducing environmental pollution.

3. Industrial use
