Experiment on the effect of potassium humate on the protein content of wheat

It is an indisputable fact that the application of potassium humate can increase the yield of crops. What effect does potassium humate have on the quality of crops? Potassium humate can improve the quality of crops and increase the content of sugar, protein, etc. in crops. Below we will share the details of the experiment with you.
The use of potassium humate on wheat: Experiment on the effect of potassium humate on the protein content of wheat
I. Field experiment part
1. Wheat variety
In order to facilitate the comparison and analysis of experimental results and find out the rules, the experimental points uniformly use the Lumai No. 15 wheat variety.
2. Field experiment arrangement
2.1 Experimental overview
A total of three experimental points were set up for the experiment, which were carried out simultaneously. The soil conditions in each experimental point were consistent and the fertility was balanced. The previous crop was summer corn. Before sowing, 3 cubic meters of organic fertilizer, 60 kg of superphosphate, and 15 kg of urea were applied as base fertilizer, and 20 kg of urea was applied before jointing. Water once during the wheat greening period, jointing period, and filling period.
2.2 Potassium humate for experiment

All experimental sites used potassium humate produced from the same batch. Its main components are as follows:

Humic acid content: 50%

Humic acid content: 20%

K2O content: 10%

PH value: 9.0-10.0

Anti-flocculation value: 25mmol/L

2.3 Experimental treatment

The field experiment was divided into two treatments: A and CK.

A: 500 times diluted humic acid micro-fertilizer was sprayed evenly once at the rooting stage, flag-raising stage and filling stage. 100ml of the original solution was used per mu each time.

CK: spray with clear water control.

2.4 Field experimental results

The application of potassium humate at each experimental site showed a significant yield-increasing effect
III. Conclusion

From the above analysis results, it can be seen that the use of potassium humate on wheat can increase the protein content of grains, with an average increase of 0.77 percentage points. The experimental results show that the application of potassium humate can not only increase wheat yield, but also increase the protein content in wheat grains and improve wheat quality.
